MSN: Fix Many Installer Issues
Start->Run Type "MSIEXEC /UNREG" without the quotes. Click OK. You will only get a message if there is an error.
Start->Run Type "MSIEXEC NREGSERVER" without the quotes. Click OK. You will only get a message if there is an error.
